My God. I tried to apply for a Pharmacists position of NYU Medical Center and I finally became so frustrated with the Peoplesoft software they chose to use that I withdrew the application with an explanation as to my reasons. I spent over an hour and a half rewriting my entire resume for them, piecemeal in little html boxes, and ended up with an empty document.
So I figured I'd take a sanity check on this and see if I'm not the only one going crazy. This stuff is terribly abusive to the end user.
I have definitely written systems more usable than that. MUCH more usable.
