If the following quote was made by one of your employees, as indicated in the article, then he needs to be let go. Statements like that do not help sell Novell products. Novell has enough marketing issues without traitors on board.
The device drivers in question are all open to inspection, unlike proprietary drivers which likely have similar security vulnerabilities, but will never get fixed because the products are obsolete and the code is secret.
Obviously he is not on board, because he otherwise would have turned this into an opportunity to praise Suse strengths rather than paint this as a weakness.
As a stock holder, I am gravely disappointed.
