I'll tell you this. There is just too much damned ceremony for Downtown Manhaattan, I was watching the channel for NYC where city counsel meetings and ceremonies are televised. There was one broadcast that was for the dedication of $500 million dollars for the 'revitilaztion for lower Manhattan' (I hope that wasnt the money earmarked for the west side stadium), and holy cow all the ceremony!! Bloomberg was there and a whole bunch of other 'big macha's.' Four years later and we are still holding f#$*king ceremonies!! The city sat Shiva for a week by closing down lower Manhattan to people working there. A week after the attacks I was to report back to work! FDNY, NYPD, DSNY, MTA, and a few other City departments worked tirelessly for 6 months to clean up that place!
