To Whom It May Concern, I am interested in talking to people interested in buying a document management system/software development business. I know of one based in Florida. It has 2 owners/managers and about 100 clients including the Dept. of Defense. One owner is the salesguy - in Florida. The other is the chief technologist based in the North East. All the development is out-sourced - but only in America!!!! There is huge potential here. For instance, capture Sarbanes - Oxley Act compliance business. This outfit does not do this this yet!!! I am looking to form a limited liability corporation to buy this existing business, build it up, and sell it. I want to move the home office to Brooklyn. They currently make $1,000,000 per year in sales and maintenance agreements. They were offered $300,000 but they wanted $2.2 million, so they pulled the business off the market. Monday, I am going to sign a non-disclosure agreement to find out more about this business. The owners want to stay on and continue to build the business. I am going to offer $500,000. I can put up at least $50,000. We'll get silent partners for the rest. I need non-silent partners. I need developers/sales-thinkers who have money to invest and want to make more money by building this business to eventually sell to Novell, M$crosoft, Dell, IBM, or whom ever. I/We would also like developers/sales-thinkers who don't have any money but would be willing to work for a salary and a piece of the business. The whole point is to build up the business and sell it. About me: I currently work as a consultant at SIAC (the technology side of the NYSE) in downtown, beautiful Brooklyn. The NYSE is going through radical changes and my job is very tenuous. SIAC works for the NYSE Specialists and the role of the Specilaists is very, truly disappearing - and, of course, the role of SIAC. By the way, automating stock transactions is another business potential. Please contact me if interested. My email: sderrick-at-optonline.net Thank you for your time.
