It looks like the list mom's on nylug are going to restrict our
announcements from now on. Just a heads up to those doing PR.

Here's a free tip. "Board Meeting" looks like a Board Meeting,
and your board meeting announcements don't belong on this list,
as you've been told umpteen times already. If you're inviting
new people to "come on down" (Bob Barker can sue me), then it's
not what people think of as a Board Meeting. As it stands:
1. You're pissing people off on this list.
2. It's not doing your group any favors.
Your board members should be notified by you privately or on
the NYLXS list for board meetings. If it's an open meeting,
then call it that if you announce it here. More people will
show up, and you won't be driving people nuts on NYLUG-Talk.
If you announce any more "Board Meetings", expect to be suspended
for it. If you don't understand what I'm trying to tell you,
please contact me off-list and I'll try and explain it.
