To answer your question, we are searching throughout the US (as well as internationally) to find individuals with the SA, Programming/Scripting, Networking, and some understanding of Algorithms. The challenge is finding one person with all of the above. People can be stronger in certain areas to compensate for their lack of extensive experience in others.

Sure, I'd love to do anything to help my people to get paying jobs. I really need some positions for some abitionous and talented people people who are of lesser technicaly skilled, midrange administrators and programmers. Are they on the west coast?
