one note on video cards ATI has had free and non free video card drivers for years now. ther is someting funny about the non free drivers ATI has never writen gotten around to writing drivers that make full use of the capiblities of their Radion series cards. the free software dirver is actualy better than the windows driver. with a littele bit of knowlege you can get a radeon card running with the free software driver and hves excelent 3D support.
