I had a WinCE device back in 2000. It was the best thing EVAR, except for the fact that it required a $500 SDK if you wanted to make it do anything it wasn't shipped from the factory with, and it seemed the path of least-resistance there would be to use VB or C, and one is beyond my current abilities, and the other too horrible to contemplate.
