What's sick is your call for the death of 8 year-old girls. A word of advice: stay away from tired language like "bleeding heart liberals". It's a real turn-off.
> Please read the URL about no death penalty for murderers under 18. (innocent, miunderstood youth)
Great idea. Now ban it for murderers over 18, and we're done.
> "Aw, dont worry Jhonny everyone in the nab knows your mother was a bitch . No one can blame you for killing her. Why if I had your balls I would kill my mother too."
eh? Are you worried that Johnny won't be blamed, or are you worried that Johnny won't be given a lethal injection in a state revenge ritual? Or maybe you're just being inflammatory.
> Or how about this eight year old girl rams into mother while she is carrying groceries and is knocked into oncoming traffic. Police said girl was angry with her mother for listening to madonna CDs and hid them from her. So she kills her mother. The authorities claim "this is something that will go away with a little therapy."
Tragic, but you want to KILL the 8 year old? This will, in your opinion, be a deterrent to other 8 year olds?
Try to remember the kind of impulse control you had when you were 8. When a kid like that feels an impulse to do something, it's done without weighing the consequences too much.
The cops and shrinks are right on this one. You are wrong.
> Gentelman and ladies we are goin down ! There is no more stigma for murder any more and it looks like its going to travel further upstream, real soon.
You think abolition of the death penalty for minors means that there is "no stigma" for murder? Do you think 'death' is the only 'stigma'?
You can't really believe that. What's upstream. It's apparent to me that teaching *spelling* in our schools might be a better first step toward social progress.

When I want to read the daily news, I'll look for it at the bottom of Ruben's parrot's cage. ____________________________ NYLXS: New Yorker Free Software Users Scene Fair Use - because it's either fair use or useless.... NYLXS is a trademark of NYLXS, Inc
