Well which are we talking about? Clearly, a samurai sword much more deliberate than a push into traffic. I don't think the 8 yearold had any idea what mommy getting "runned over" by a taxi would really look like.
A 17 year old is a man. He might as well be 18 (but he's not). I still don't want to fry him. The difference between me and him is that I DON'T put swords into people's chests, nor do I want to become that sort of person. The public servant who flips the switch to kill this guy is my employee. I don't want to pay assassins.
