It probibly started when we failed to torch Iran in the Carter administration.
And making deals with bigoted despots in Suadi Arabia didn't help either.
At least now we have our priorities in order, the transformation of states run by bigoted despots and racist ideologies into functioning Democracies. I hope we don't need a Nuclear weapon going off in NY or TelAviv before we figure out that we need to put more manpower into it.
