It goes without saying that it's damn near impossible to send e-mail correctly using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, or Lotus (Notes) Mail. I swear Microsoft puts an ad in the paper like this:
WANTED: Developers who have no idea how e-mail works, and no desire to change that to develop Microsoft e-mail products. Your knowledge must be solely based upon having seen an e-mail once somewhere or having sent a message at some point.
The motto is "It's been broke all this time, why fix it now?"

Evolution also handles this properly. In fact the only two companies I'm aware of that can't seem to get e-mail right are Microsoft and Lotus/IBM. I guess they're too big to have to do things correctly.
