This is my idea of an online music store:

They don't use any DRM on their products. You pay .99/song or $10/LP ($6/EP)and you get a zip with:
cover art ~192kbps .mp3 files AND ~192kbps .ogg files.
after you pay, you get a 24-hour time window to download your music. The timer doesn't start until you start your first download.
I think this place is showing that you can make an online media business without DRM. I've bought a few albums from them, and I don't feel like a criminal when I use the files. I don't have to guess when these files will self-destruct on me or which portables or programs will be able to play them. THIS is FairPlay. Nothing else is.
