Legit? There's only a handful of legit registrars and everyone knows
their names. Verislime, Godaddy, Register.com, Joker, Ghandi.net, etc.
Everyone else is either a reseller putting you further away from the
people who really control things, or a scam-artist.
With a name like "Domain Notification", my bet is a scam-artist. I'd
bet whatever else was in the mail they sent you confirms it.
