OpenOffice.org is geting better on Mac OSX 10.3 it requires X11 but is useable more reliable than MS OfficeX and works exactly the way you would expect it to on Linux. having said that a agree with Rubin on this one Mac hardware is crap and their HURD rippoff that they call Darwin and claim is a variant of BSD is a defective abomination of free software!! This is coming from some one who supports over 200 Mac OSX Ibooks and has ripped apart the core of the OS.
