The differences between the two are extenssive and always lead to a flame war.
The bing things on my list is that PHP has terrible run time scoping, lousey name space, poor object orientation (especially with multiple inheritence), and its for loops and array data type, IMO, sucks.
Anyone who wishes to pursue this, though, is not going to find me baited.
