I don't think so. Most of the vurnabilities that are found, and I agree with Billy and potential exploits are discovered all the time, the nature of the exploits are harder to leverage, the fixes are easier, and in fact, we find more vernabilites because we do a better job of looking for them.
MS product veranabilities are built in features. Remember the crackmonkey...
