Greeting-
We can have the first floor of the Puck building any dates that
we want in August of 2005 for $5000/day. The area can handle 50 exibitors
and 1000 attendees at a time. There is enough power in the building, but
we might need to get temp electrical lines brought in from the basement.
If that is needed I know an electrical contractor that is reliable
for the job.
For $5000/day we get an empty space. They suggest that we provide security
for overnight when no one is there. They can arrange for this if we want
them to at a slight extra cost.
I would suggest we do Saturday and Sunday in August to get best attendance.
We should be able to sell enough booth space to pay for the hall well
before the show, and the door admission to the show should cover any extras
and if we are lucky seed money for the following event.
