If I wanted to be on their mailing list which is trampling on NYLXS's rights, I would join it.
You forcing this down my throat.
They have zero right to NY fair Use. Their liers, they stole our money, undermined our classes, dragged us through YEARS of fraud, stole the NYLXS domain etc etc etc. ENOUGH.
Jay Sulzberger and Brett Wynkoop are theives and mispresent our work, and are violating our copyrights. Jay walked out of NY Fair Use 2 years ago.
They've been banned for good reason. Don't kick this dog again.
