Welcome to the real world. This is why most serious working professions have seeked out government protection or unionization over time. Individuals have almost zero chance of affected decent working wages in a brass tacks, no holds bar, laize-fare economy without either a professional License (ie: like attonies, doctors, accountants, plumbers and carpeters), or a Free labor Union (ie Auto Workers, Truck Drivers, UPS Workers, Steel Workers, Construction Workers, etc).
