I can't resist this one either. If this is so, it is because this is
_precisely_ what Microsoft has been trying to make possible. One would
hope (futilely, I fear) that the supreme error of this would be quickly
understood, but I doubt it. Microsoft's "software utopia" is a world
where people who have no idea what they're doing, do everything.
