More troubling that moving the jobs off shore, is the lack of licensure. Regardless on HOW SKILLED the laborer is, they have zero chance in a normal economy to sustain a living wage. Industry will just replace you with am eager less skilled worker, or train someone for less money.
Until Industry is REQUIRED to have license, educated professionals on the site, then they won't.
