It is when your pushing a 90+ cadence. Before I go married I rode from Mill Basin to a little beyound Kingston with Ellen only 4 days. but that was NOTHING compared to my monthly single rides to Montauk. To Montauk it was full trottle all the way, no coasting. With Ellen it was more like a Bicycle tour (for me - not her).
My idea cadence was at 107 RPM's.
