There is no solution to spam, but SA is about as close as you're going
to get. I suggest you go the extra mile and turn on DCC, Razor, and
Pyzor to get the most bang for your buck.

spt-get install spamassassin razor pyzor clamav
Note the ClamAV on the end of that. That's your friend the next time
Microsoft mail clients decide it's time to DoS your mail server with
their worms.

Well you might find this hard to believe, but mine doesn't require
anything of me except a whitelist_from here and there and a cron job to
grab the rules_du_jour.
