Ruben. I am sooooooooooooooo tired of having to hear about these people any time the words "Fair Use" is mentioned. I'm sure you'll agree that there are bigger issues to fight. I sent this notice out to the list hoping to inform those who would be interested in meeting about the opportunity to do just that. Nothing more, nothing less. I understand that you're still pained over your past experiences with Jay and Brett but do I need to hear it 80,000 times a month?

None of that is going to happen unless people can (at the very least) meet to discuss these issues without having to tolerate a rant on the history of NYFU.

Awesome. This is contructive :)

"Yes, Your Honor. Now, where we are so far, in at least my line of reasoning, is I want to walk the Court through enough of our complaint to help the Court understand that IBM clearly did contribute a lot of the Unix-related information into Linux. We just don't know what it is."
