I would challenge any vote on any list closing based on a vote of a first meeting which for an entity without any structure and a vote prior to Full discoluse of the debated question among the membership organiztions.
Quite frankly, there wasn't then, and neither is there now, enough organizational infrastructure to just say - Oh well, this was voted on the first meeting ... too bad.
A closed list is a bad idea for either delegates or for the general list. I view it, along with the lack of broad announcements of meetings, and the off list chatter of decisions which will affect the outcome of the makeup of Orgcom, as acts of bad faith with the organizations with will comprise Orgcom, and bad faith with the general public.
It's morally wrong and hiding it behind a supposed vote of the first meeting makes even more wrong.
