The most important thing that this effort has is a name which people are already working on building the value of.
I had a huge attempt of NY Fair Use and NYLXS to be stolen, and the bitter fruits of that make me FULLY aware that my lawyers advise is correct.
Jim Gleason had the same problem with NYLUG and LUNY
Already moves are being taken on the side to take the Orgcom, it's domains etc which is not happening even the chaotic structure of the Orgam meetings.
And there are opputunists, and well meaning souls on this list who will, without question, have disputes which need sensible means of dispute resolution and clear lines of repsonsible governship.
Anyone who would be opposed to creating a clear charter for this effort are looking to destroy this effort prior to it's full blossoming.
