First of all, spell my name right. Secondly, open the list up as it was agreed.

Our list was up PRIOR to your even thinking of a meeting, and continues to be up.

Nonsense. And telling a half truth is worse than lieing. It's already been pointed out by others that one nameless said individual has rattled every list operator and organizer in New York.
Secondly, there is an outstanding trademark and legal dispute with the other unnamed said member. Thirdly, as you KNOW, our list and efforts where open and PUBLIC long before you even thought to help organize this.
Furthermore, if you open your ears and listen to what Monjay, and Marco, and David Sugar, and Michael Richardson, and Adam Kosmin are saying on this list, you would see I'm just reiterating it.
Open the mailing list archive. Get you organizational chart in order. Legalize the status of the effort. Hold a simple election from the delegates for form a board, and set down understandble rules for organizational inclussion, or this is just blow up, and NOTHING will get done...

Now if I said you, "Your just an asshole" like you said to me after about 15 seconds of conversation... now that I would consider an ad hominum attack.
