I suggest that no money becomes involved with this effort until people stop living in fantasyland. We should trust an organization to run without a charter and rules when your willing to give Jay the pin number for your ATM card and your wallet.
Because that is EXACTLY what it is like when an imaginary, non-legal, organization is donated money and effort without a guarantee of ogligations or a defined command structure.
This is what con artists do, not legitimate non-profit organizations.
