I had been told (and passed this along) that at least for today (oops, yeaterday)'s meeting proxies would be allowed for those who couldn't make it into the city.
We really should to be able to accomodate people who want to attend by find it impossible for logistic or economic reasons. Other forms of participation might be more appropriate than proxies though.
Did we decide on the exact time and date of the next meeting?
