I am posting the requirements below. Please dont flame me for my company's dependece on windows technology. our is a pure solaris shop with windows sprinkled everywhere. oh btw, the revenue is $146 millions its a great company to work with if you like Delaware.

----------------------------------------------- tools specialist JOB DESCRIPTION: We currently have an opening for a Tools Specialist at our headquarters in Wilmington, DE to work directly with process/system engineers, tool users, and customers in the development of requirements for new tools and functionality and the maintenance of infrastructure tool sets (PVCS, CVS tool suite, Documentum, Business Objects, and Ultipro). The Tools Specialist will develop a system architecture capable of supporting a global organization; administer user updates; develop a plan to maintain existing tools; and introduce new tool sets as appropriate. The Tools Specialist will also support the current network infrastructure and assist on upgrades, new implementations, and desktop software distribution and creation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL OFFER US.... · Bachelors degree or related discipline or equivalent job experience and a minimum of three years Microsoft Administration experience with two years of UNIX administration experience. Specific responsibilities include building and deploying systems as determined by pre-defined specifications; providing scripting solutions to complex challenges; working with the SAN & Backup to implement solutions; maintaining DR sites and disaster recovery kits; performing data migrations; and implementing fail over (high availability) solutions.
