Proxy absentee votes are not probibly a good idea, but the ownership of the delegate seats are OWNED by the organizations.
Therefore, NYLXS holds TWO seats, not Michael Richardson and Paul Robert Marino, and we must be able to reserve the right to have anyone we want representing out interests at this group (orgcom).
As with every group, and this is a GROUP of Groups, the first thing is to decide citizenship. The second thing is to have that citizenship appoint a constituional delgate to design a structure. The third thing is a broad approval of the structure by the citizenship after review. Then you nominate officers and a board, and they elected by the membertship .... AND ONLY THEN can you get to the business of purpose of the organization. In this case citizens are GROUPS.
