SUBJECT | Re: [hangout] Lake Placid Wrap Up
|
Everyone worked so darn hard to make out trip to Lake Placid wonderful. First, we all need to thank El-Presidente, Mike Richardson, who covered 2 states and 1200 miles of driving to get everyone together at the Northwoods Inn on Main Street in Lake Placid. He also looked over the van, and is jolly, personality made everyone feel at ease.
Thanks to Evan Inker who nailed down reservations, and made sure everyone had rides back to New York.
Thank You Haily Ruppurt, the coffee shop princess with a specialty in cross country skiing.
BTW
Things to cover are:
Website design for Freedom-it.com
Ambassador assignments for NY area lugs with regard to co-operation for the event.
Volunteer assignements for Freedom-IT areas of responsibilities as they were outlined at Lake Placid.
Publicity events for the Freedom-IT expo.
Write up's of organizational spounsorship responsibilities.
And we need a public report from Adam on the discussions at Lake Placid,
There are also some internal NYLXS items which we need to address, which I'll outline in another email.
