I actual saw Oracle advertizing a Beowolf-like custering system on the back page of Business Week.
Turn 64 PC's into Mainframe with Oracle.
Oracle is not free software, so I really don't care what they do. Frankly, I tried Oracles early Linux releases, and the suffered all the problems every other propertery software project does. It's a bitch to install, impossilbe to work with, and behaved bizarrely.
