This is the place I stay when not camping:
Adirondak Ark - 518-946-2276 Gabby is the woman who owns and runs it.
Rate is $50 including breakfast for a room with 2 double beds. There is also a good recreation room which may serve for meetings. It's in Upper Jay on Route 9 about 10-15 minutes outside of Lake Placid proper.
