That will probibly need to be discussed with by the board when Michael chooses to. However, I will not that there is NOTHING less generalized about our effort than anything else proposed.
In fact, our effort was announced very early, openly discussed, and had an has been completely public.
But if you mean more generalized by not publiclly announcing the meeting, putting the meetings on Saturday afternoon, and constructing an organization to lead the event without a formal charter, a responsible accounting system, without clear lines of authority and dispute resolution, without proper trademark registrations, without proper legal status as a non-profit corperation, etc, etc, then I would say that what would be presented has many many serious red flags.
