Yeah
I read this in the business section of the NY Times yesterday. It really is a breath of fresh air from the courts, not that someone has actually put their foot down and told the industry that they are NOT THE DAMN GHESTOPO.
Borderline silly is like a 'hold' recommendation from wall street. A hold on wall street is really a sell and 'borderline silly' is a polite way of saying that the police powers your asking for is 'off your god damn rocker', which is what we've been saying ALL ALONG.
