I personally have no interest in this year's LinuxWorld, and I expect to be
out of the country to the 23rd. But I see no reason for NYLXS not to take
advantage of the opportunity for holding a fundraising dinner. Doing so is
not an endorsement of the event by any stretch, but simply recognition of the
fact that most of the people one might want to raise funds from will happen
to be conveniently gathered in one place.
As for the FSF press, I think that is a wonderful idea. We have this resource
in the FS community, and we certainly should make effective use of it.
