Why not just send a message to the gnome mailing list which was set up? The contact information and New York host will be posted on the website tonight. Other than that, it seems you have the correct information. Ray Connolley will be in charge of participant liason questions. He'll make sure everyone is directed to the proper places, has a place to eat, and follow up on general concerns.
Everyone who participates will need to register in order to get in. We will be sending tickets out by email Wednesday night.
