Hi Mark,
Unfortunately, I have about the same information that you have. Mr. Ruben Safir has until (tomorrow) Wednesday November 12, -at- 12pm to finalize all details. If we do
not hear from him, his event will not be taking place at the Student Center.
I will keep you abreast any/all arises issues.

Where are we on this? I have to tell the cabling guy that he has a "funded" go to run cables and get wireless prep - you have signed commitments?

Dear Ruben,
I will be out of the office on Friday 11/7/03. Please feel free to refer any emails/questions to my assistant Ms. Christine Pomponio.
Please note that the event date of 11/22 is approaching. I would really like to hear from you concerning the time of the conference,
as well as the times/rooms usage. In addition, the cabling of the Student Center information is greatly needed as we have events/programs
parties at the Student Center occurring at various times, the building does not operate on a 9am-5pm time-frame.
One factor I must add is that the Student Center has protective sidewalk bridging around the entire bldg due to concerns
being raised about our building's facade. The work has recently been completed and both entrances to our bulding are open. Your
conference will not be affected.
Please advise at your earliest convenience, we will need to get this information as soon as possible as varying staff need to be notified.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Mitzu Handy
