I've been told by Joe Grastara, Evan Inker and Michael Richardson that they have established the necesary communication links with the Student Union Administration and have everything worked out.
It apears that your list is indeed correct, but Joe Grastara and Evan INker are now handling the rest of the arraingments.
Thanks for the help in guilding this event to a successful outcome for the University, and the larger Brooklyn Community. I'm copying this to the NYLXS Board.

I have given your associate Mr. Joe Grastara (Treasurer 212-263-3774) a call this morning. I have informed him of our deadline date which is Friday 11/14/03. Please forward this information to Mr. Grastara's attention, as you have advised me that you will no longer be the point person handling this event. > > > * You would like your event to commence at the Student Center on Saturday November 22, in the Penthouse only from 9am-1pm. > > * The other two dates of Sunday 11/23 and Monday 11/24 will be at your Educational Center in Brooklyn > > * You will contact Mark Gold at extension 5861 to what the situation currently regarding the cabling in the PH > > * The Penthouse will be used for speeches only, unless you are able to get the PH wired, in which case , the participants will then have access to view the GNOME systems on their own laptop computers. > > * The set-up in the Penthouse needed is an auditorium for 200, head table with 4 chairs, 2 podium mics > > * You do not require any projection screen or any technical equipment from the Student Center, thus far.
