NYLXS is meeting on Wednesday Night and we'll be discussing events calendering, set up, chair rentals,
airport pick ups, directions, and creating a mailing list for the GNOME event which will have all the
registrants on it. This will probably go a great deal towards allowing for a greater flexibility in
planning and communication with event participants.
Meanwhile, we are doing all our planning through the NYLXS regular mailing list at hangout-at-nylxs.com which folks
are welcome to going. Anyone who wants a user name and password for the mailing list archive can email me at
ruben-at-nylxs.com
