Is Evan Inker the contact on this one, or are you? Please let me know Evan's address if he's the one I should talk to.
Is there any evidence of this violation other than this conversation? Can binaries be obtained from the device itself? Can we tell what software is involved? We don't, of course, hold copyright on the Linux kernel. Is the GNU C library involved?
Does someone have one of these devices that we can look at? I didn't see any firmware upgrades on their website (this a common way we confirm violations of this sort). How are upgrades done?
