Dear Bruce:
NYLXS has developed a complete computer Curriculum for High School education including the development of a teachers manual and plans for the training of teachers in the basics of computer ussage.
Our efforts go far beyond the basic feedback that can be given to you by your current pannel, and, in addition, we have a basic plan for double bind studies to designed to effectly show the improvement of stundents in testing areas through a rational approach to education with Free Software.
Our groups head on education is Paul Robert Marino, of Concord High School in Staten Island. And we are working the details of starting this test program at that location.
While we hope to have representitives at the Council Chambers for this meeting, you would benifit most by having us on the panel.
