Rubin,
I believe I see a mistake on the notice... Please contact me as soon as possible. I have you down for Saturday 11/22 (9am-8pm), Sunday 11/23 Library? and 11/24 Monday 9am-5pm. I believe these dates were discussed in the previous emails. Your website says...November 23, 24 and 25, 2003.
Again,I understand the need to advertise your event, however, I must throw caution to the wind as we are not yet set on the parameters regarding your computer equipment etc..
Please understand we would like to have your event here and are working diligently to make it happen. However, there are a few nuts and bolts that we need to work out before we give it a green light.
Thanks
Mitzu
