Please note that we can all get together for a luncheon meeting.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience, we need to discuss
this program (in person) as soon as possible.
We'll need to coin the following our meeting...
Time of conference
Expected amount of people
How many computer terminals are needed etc..
Staffing and Room Costs
Which entity is sponsoring your event
Who will be the actual coordinators of the event.
Room availability
Room accomodations
Again 10/3 and 10/6 are not good dates...
