Ahem, or closer to the point...
Those who prefer to take part in a more intellectually stimulating activity, instead of club/bar hopping, would agree. Drinking (for those that are of age) isnt entirely out of the question (not that I'm one to instate such a policy) but hopefully a fair ratio of computering/drinking can be established. This isnt to say that tech nite has attained (or if the characters who show up are any indication, will ever attain ;-)) a nose blocking the sun type of gathering. But this could be good for people who more often refer to keyboards by their proper name, input devices.
