my company is converting to use j2ee and has asked me to learn java.
i would have to learn java as a language and then later in 2 months they would
send me for a j2ee training.
i bought this book by oreilly 'head first java'(this has been talked about
on slashdot a couple of days back). its so good. it teaches java
in a fun format. totally different book. i bet oreilly will come up with more
titles, but if we can have something like this in NYLXS classes that would be
so great.
just a suggestion for future.
