Good idea. Ruben can you put this on the board agenda? Steve can you expand on this?

An article for the average user on how to interpret an email header. This may sound trite for some of us, but for the average email user looking at the email header can be a daunting task. Spammers take advantage of this by sending out emails with different 'reply to' address than the actual return path. Granted there are programs and what not that will offer some level of protection from spam but eventually some spam does get through. Some of it is truly malicious and sinister. For example, emails masqerading as notices from credit departments requiring a user to fill in personal information (Name, address, SS, CC, etc). This might even make for a good episode on the theoretical BCAT 'series'.
