What took them so long, is they know what they're doing. Contrast this with everyone on Slashdot, the media, and SCO.
It is my understanding that IBM intends to utterly destroy SCO, as an example to anyone else who thinks SCO has found the business model of the new millennium. They will do this at a time and place of their own choosing. They will not be rushed.
SCO should be more worried about efforts in the Linux community to have SCO criminally investigated. Darl McBride's future may well be as the wallpaper of choice after his mug shot hits the 'net.
